Cost of Treatment at Lighthouse Infusions & Seattle Ketamine
Intake Call
If you are interested in receiving care or still have questions, please give us a call at 425‑835‑2363 and Eli can answer most of your questions right away for free.
If you decide to move forward, you will need to schedule an intake call with Liana. Eli can schedule this for you, and the cost is $50. During the intake call, Liana will ask you a series of medical health-history questions to rule out any contraindications or safety issues, as well as answer any clinical questions you may have.
You can read more about the intake process on our Getting Started page.
Treatment
Our personalized, private, ketamine infusions are priced on a per-infusion basis. The number of infusions you receive will depend on the condition(s) for which you are seeking treatment, but most conditions we treat require a loading dose of six infusions. The cost for a 40-minute ketamine infusion (1½ hour appointment) is $450.
Discount
As a “thank you” to those who have given so much, we are proud to offer a 15% discount on treatment for active duty/retired US military and emergency first responders.
Payment
We accept most forms of payment, including cash, check, credit cards, debit cards, as well as contactless payments such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc. We are also set up to accept health savings account (HSA), health reimbursement account (HRA), and flexible spending account (FSA) payments, which many of our patient appreciate. Unlike some clinics that require you to pay for all treatments in advance, we understand the financial strain that can cause, so we only require payment on the day of your infusion. When you arrive at our clinic, we will greet you at the reception desk, collect payment, and then show you to your infusion room.
Financing
Because we want to make this lifesaving treatment available to as many people as possible, we have partnered with Advance Care Card to help you cover the up-front costs of IV ketamine therapy.
Insurance
At this time, we are not set up to bill insurance directly, however we will provide you with a superbill that you can use to submit your claim to insurance for possible reimbursement. Every insurance company is different, but IV ketamine infusion therapy is becoming more widely accepted by insurers, and many will reimburse a significant amount. If you are concerned about how much your insurance company might reimburse, we encourage you to check with them before your first infusion.
